The staff at Clark Computer Services in Frederick, MD. Were friendly and professional. I was given the option to bring in my computer or have a tech sent to my home to work on it. I chose to take it into their facility, where I was given an opportunity to sit with the tech to show him where and what the issues were. Aaron was patient and thorough. He gave me the option of a quick diagnostic or a deep dive diagnostic (which I chose). He did a great job of explaining what was going on with my computer, fixing it and tips for avoiding issues in the future. All at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Clark Computer Services in the future.

Clark computer services staff are very professional yet personable and always a pleasure to work with. When I moved from Maryland to Georgia they were more than happy to continue to take care of my system remotely for which I truly appreciate that.

I took my refurbished Dell laptop in for a checkup after it showed signs of a possible virus. I found it easy to make an appointment and there was very little wait to see a technician once I got there. He quickly found that my problem was not a virus, but some software settings that needed to be changed. He found and reset the apps to their correct positions and returned the computer to me in just a few minutes. He was friendly and took the time to explain how the issue came up and how to fix it myself if it came up again. It was all done very efficiently in about 15 minutes with no drama. Paying the bill was also a quick and easy process. I left totally satisfied.

The techs at Clark Computer always come through for me whenever I have an computer issue I can't resolve. They are courteous, patient, and very adept when it comes to solving a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
